Founded in 1991 by qualified financial professionals, PROFIT is a traditional consultancy firm based in Rio de Janeiro, working on Corporate Finance, Strategic Advisory and Corporate Governance. We focus our work in two main lines of activities:
The Projects Division takes care of M&A transactions, company valuation, long term loans and tax incentives in Brazil.
The Management Division covers corporate diagnosis, followed by suggestions in management control systems and operational development, restructure of debt profile, risk management appraisal, temporary management (external CFO) for start-ups, headhunter for financial executives and the pursuit of the best corporate governance performance, including membership of Boards of Directors.
Over the past 20 years PROFIT worked with leading companies in Brazil, identifying their needs and adapting the work to adhere each particular situation.
Former CFO CBV Indústria Mecânica S/A (1986-1990), oil production and military equipment, listed at BOVESPA, licensed by FMC, Houston, USA and Bofors, Sweden, at time with US$ 70 million revenue.
